Pilgrimage to the Cosmos/ Live Show

Live music show with holographic projection and analog lighting

50 minutes total | 1 performer

Embark on an immersive journey filled with psychedelic and evocative sounds and visuals that will awaken your inner freedom making you want to move non stop. Pilgrimage to the Cosmos is a live electronic music, and visual projection performance that blends pre-hispanic Mesoamerican instruments, ancestral instruments from around the world, synthesizers, vocals, and sounds of nature, with movement, analog lighting, and holographic visual projections of nature and motion graphics. This performance seeks to augment the planetary consciousness and expand the inner and outer awareness of the audience. Let yourself be transported by the sounds of these ancestral instruments that hold within the precious wisdom of the cultures that gave birth to them and depart on this journey towards the depths of our humanity. I inherited from my Mexican culture an inner need to interact with the intangible in search of healing and these instruments are my tools to do so with the intention of bringing the audience along with me on this journey.

This performance was created in collaboration with choreographer Paco Ziel, dancer Maïka Giasson, motion graphics designer Francisco Fonseca, videographer Miguel Labastida, lighting designer Benoit Lariviere and with the input of Siam Obregon and assistance of Abraham Mercado and Guillermo Castellanos. This project was possible thanks to the support of Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, Maison de la Culture NDG, VIAS, and VibroSounds.
